This store is the reason I left boost and virgin mobile. I paid my bill at this location and left and still had no service for 30minutes so I came back to the store trying to find out what was the issue the person that took my payment said she just processed my payment and she had other customers after me. I asked to speak to the owner and he was not present at the location so I had some words for the sales rep and I let them know it is not ok to take someone’s money and not pay the bill and to have a customer wait. This has been an on going issue with this business and that day was just my last straw. If you go in the store make sure they process everything at that time but for me this issue has happened to many times so I will never step back in there business again
