Verizon is a company with horrible customer service. Hopefully they will go out of business.

This is the WORST provider possible. I thought Comcast was bad. 1. They send my High speed modem via ups(instead of with the tech) it’s left at the ENTRANCE of my apartment and stolen. Was supposed to receive another and never did. 2. 8÷7÷13 a tech was supposed to come do install… he canceled w/o reason. I work 3pm to 10pm and have a 2 hr commute, i picked that day because i took off and took off on 8⁄8. 3. 8÷8÷13 a tech was supposed to some install again and didn’t show. 4. I have called 10 times between 8/8/-8/9 and STILL have no internet service, i was told the order was deleted and doesn’t exist. 5. Now I’m told the tech didn’t finish the install and is accusing me of not being home. more bullcrap. 6. Now i have to wait 24 – 48 hours for them to call me back in regards to they’re mistake cause they don’t know whats wrong… this is the biggest hassle i have ever been through. REF#MD00212552948

Only Verizon cell phones work in the Metro subway tunnels, according to the WMATA website: That’s pretty much the only reason I signed up for Verizon Wireless. I hate how Verizon locks you into their wireless plan for two years — you have to pay a pretty penny to switch out. I’m stuck with a terrible plan; they charge for each text message and picture, and I’m constantly going over my minutes. But voice signals are ok, at least in major cities.(Though I still get dropped calls every now and then). Verizon’s wireless data service is slower than molasses, which works to Verizon’s advantage, since they’re charging me by the minute. At home, we also have Verizon DSL. It’s ok, but it came with an unreliable(Westell) router. I constantly have to turn it off and then back on again to get it to work right.
