They were 1.5 hours late for a 9am cleaning. I got a call at 8am saying they were on time. I got an internet estimate for 3 rooms, a hall, and stairs. When they came I had them only do 2 rooms. They still charged me the full price and I had to argue with him to only go up to $ 100. When I signed the bill it was only $ 107 but my statement shows $ 112.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! I had a few area rugs cleaned. I REALLY thought one was a goner. Isaac on Truck #1 was AMAZING! The was so polite, so professional, and made sure there was not a splash of water or anything messy when he left. THANK YOU! You saved me so much money on a new rug and the one I thought I was going to have to throw away looks like NEW! I really can’t believe it… These guys are now on my speed dial!
