Pesky cockroaches of Columbia Heights are alive and well in the Yorkshire apartments located at 3355 16 St NWDC. It appears to be a well run building but Lenkin Management has horribly mismanaged the Yorkshire building. Cockroaches roam the lobby and they consistently crawl on my dishes in the dishwasher. Complaints ranging from the property manager Joy Smith (
) all the way up to the VP at Lenkin Michael Simpson (
) will yield no results. Best advice – avoid Lenkin Management which included the Yorkshire, The Meridian and Garfield House.
