Bumblebee Tree Service and Landscape Design

Called these guys for firewood delivery and the guy told me they’d be in my neighborhood that week and he’d call me back to reschedule. He never did. Then I called back and scheduled a delivery, they never showed up. I called to ask about it, he said everyone was sick and I’d have to reschedule. If they can’t manage to organize a simple delivery, I can’t imagine hiring these guys to do anything serious to my property. Unreliable, look elsewhere.

Needed multiple trees taken down. Bumblebee gave me a fair price and did very good work. It took a little longer than i was initially told, but the work was still done in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend them.

bumble bee tree service was not cautious of my house or property, several times I heard a thump on my roof! The crew was friendly but did not seem to work well together. The older guy in the truck was nice to me but seemed like he possibly could have been drinking !!! When they took their lunch I swore I saw him drinking a beer but was hoping that was not the case. Overall I would not suggest using bumblebee tree service. (they also left the yard a mess)

Needed a HUGE poplar tree taken down. Top half of the tree was dying and it was just too close to the house for comfort. One of the estimates we received said it looked like it had been struck by lightning in the past and if we did not take it down it would come down on it’s own. With hurricane season coming, we felt it was time to have it done professionally before it fell and caused damage to our house, vehicles, or our neighbor’s property.
Bumblebee was recommended by a friend and turned out to be the lowest estimate we found. They were eager to come do the work, letting us know they could do the job as soon as we wanted it. We scheduled it about 2 weeks after the estimate.
They arrived at 8 am and were at our place most of the day. The trunk on this tree was at least 4 feet across so it was quite a bit of work. They handled it well and they cleaned up afterwards. We requested they leave some wood behind for friends that wanted it for firewood and they had no problem with that.
They had the proper equipment for the job and they worked around power lines that ran through the tree. They brought the tree down away from the lines. They even took down a branch from another tree at the end of our driveway that was getting kind of low, at no charge. We realize tree services are not cheap these days, but Bumblebee was reasonable and we are pleased with their work.
