I normally wouldn’t do this but the service was so bad I couldn’t not say anything. There was one lady working on two people when we walked in. Then another lady came in from lunch and after we signed in we were hardly acknowledged. Didn’t ask what we were getting done or how long of a wait we had. We were left guessing so we walked out and went to great clips where the service was night and day difference.

I saw a craigslist ad for free haircuts. It turned out to be Supercuts in Centerville, OH. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived, I was directed to the «back room.» Hmmm… what is this about? I went to the back room and found out that the reason the haircut is free is because the person cutting the hair is someone who has completed training and is transitioning to be a Supercuts hair stylist. They want to ensure that the hairstylist knows how to cut hair using Supercuts procedures. The person getting the haircut is the live guinea pig, uh I mean, model. LOL Anyway, the person cutting the hair is not alone, but a trainer is right there to ensure all goes well. So, I was okay with it. But… I did not know what I was getting into until I actually arrived. The cut came out well and I got a free cut. Apparently, they do this once a month and advertise on craigslist. :)
