Lets face it — replacing a transmission is always an unpleasant and expensive situation. These fellows seem very honest, give you very detailed answers to your questions and concerns and update you on costs and wait for your okay before performing the work. No one ever wants to replace a transmission, but if you have to these guys will give you a far shake.
