I stayed here and woke up in the middle of the night scratching. Got up checked the bed and found 3 bed bugs in my bed. They were huge! They had been feasting on my blood and were dark red and very large. I caught and killed the 3 I found. I saved them and took them to the front desk. The lady didn’t even apologize she just said I will ask the manager. I brought evidence of these blood suckers and I didn’t even apologize! Horrible hotel. So dirty. They have canceled my review through
and so I needed to let people know of their bed bug problem! Also reported them on bed bug

Bait and Switch
Advertised price in the coupon books at visitor centers was $ 65. They would not honor the coupon, AAA discount, or senior discounts «today». Late, so I paid $ 100+ for an old, unkempt, dated room. When I asked the clerk if they were especially busy, she replied that it was always like this so they never gave the advertised discounts!
Bait and switch is illegal in many states. Perhaps not in PA! Many other motels in the area. Look there instead.

While spending mother/daughter time together. My mother is disabled and I’m 9 months pregnant, we were exhausted and trusted this motel for a decent night’s sleep. Once my mother got out of the bed she slept in, there was a bed bug in her bed. When we told the woman at the front desk, she looked at us like we’re stupid. The look on her face was like, «And…what am I supposed to do about it?» she didn’t specifically say that but that’s the way she looked at us. There was no apology, no discount offered… nothing. Customer satisfaction pretty much does not exist anymore, it seems.

Not worth the cheaper price (still payed 65+). Room was filthy. Carpets torn up, filth on walls, dirty furniture, black on bottom of tub, the shower curtain smelled sour, paint peeling off of walls, etc. It was awful to see the last tenant’s used soap and shampoo still in the tub! Stay somewhere else for the night (there are plenty other places nearby)

This hotel is okay for an overnight stay. I would recommend to call direct for a reservation and not the 800 number that pops up on their website. With the pop up number, we were quoted $ 66 plus fees for a king size bed, 2 adults for a total of $ 91. The receipt we received when we left was $ 52 plus fees for a total of $ 57. The room is big enough. The sheets are nice not the itchy, rough kind. The shower was remodel and had a nice shower head and plenty of hot water. My complaints: the room needed a better job of cleaning, the walls are thin so that we were awoke at 3 am to the activity in the room next to us and the breakfast was absolutely the cheapest ever; not continental as promise.
