I have eaten at Applebee’s many times in other locations. I would have to say this is the worst one I have ever visited. The service left a lot to be desired; the food was pathetic. That will be the last time my family eats at this establishment.

This is actually an great location we did the 2 for $ 25 and got plenty of food. The waitress was wonderful and at the end of our meal the manger came to our table to ask us how everything was. So I can’t understand why this restaurant has such an low rating. I can think of other places that are much worse.

Not a great applebees at all! Service was as expected for a bar. Friendly but busy. Food was blah. Ribs were dry as an 80 year old hooker and the fries were cold. The place was dirty also. Needs new management and new kitchen staff that are Franklin county meth addicts.

The Applebee’s in Washington is the worst ! I ordered baby back ribs, was told 20 min it took 45. They were tough dry cold, and tasteless. Never again !!!

Some of my kids friends went to Applebee’s the day after we did and had a similar experience, and they gave their parents trouble because they wanted to go to Imo’s instead, but their parents told them it was too expensive.
They spent $ 70+ and went home hungry and disappointed.
Lol…kids are now referring to Applebee’s as Crapplebee’s.

I have visited this restaurant for many years now and there hasn’t been much change. As usual, the waitstaff ranges from ok to great, but the food falls way shorter. It never seems to fail, everytime and I mean EVERYTIME I come in, there is something wrong or poorly executed. I usually don’t complain but these occurrences still bother me.
I don’t believe I have ever had a steak cooked properly, most recently my medium rare came out with little to no pink. Other occasions I have waited +20 minutes for appetizers and longer on entrees.
Also, the fact that they have a smoking and nonsmoking section is a joke, there isn’t any barriers or walls to prevent smoke from drifting into nonsmoking, not to mention part of the nonsmoking is right next to the bar!
I only come here when outvoted by friends and family. I won’t ever go on my choosing.
