Our Hostess was very friendly, not the norm for hostess’, they normally seat you, say a few words & tell you your waiter/waitress will be with you. Our waitress, Brittany, was Fantastic! The only reason that I couldn’t give a 5 star is the
Manager wouldn’t honor a coupon for a dessert shooter, my mama bought a coupon book at another Applebee’s. Seriously how much can one of those shooters be?!? But all and all a wonderful dinner.

Food from one location to the next is pretty consistant. Went last night for a drink and a few appetizers. They were out of Wonton Tacos. Ordered 2 other appetizers. No refills on my drink. Hard to wash down my food without drink, annoying. Oh yeah, for the record, they weren’t busy. Finally when the waitress made it back to my table i had finished eating. She set the check on the table, still no offer for a refill so i asked if i could have a water. She brought me back a water with some weird black oily stuff floating around. She put a sliced lemon in my drink and half of the slice was covered in mold. Not going back to this location.

Amazing restaurant. Great food. Caring and wonderful staff. Dinner was smooth and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This establishment is one of the worst I’ve been to. Tried to order one drink. The waitress stared at my PENNSYLVANIA drivers license like she was trying to understand binary code. My fiancé has an Ohio drivers license. If our waitress couldn’t figure out a license in her own state, how long do you think it took her to figure out the Ohio one. She took it from us and searched through a book to figure out if it was real. She came back to our table and told us that her «manager» and herself decided there were some discrepancies with the DL and they could not serve my fiancé. We are 26 years old! Besides that. It’s was from Ohio! We aren’t that far away. The waitress was rude to us the rest of the evening and my food was cold to boot! I can’t believe I spent money in this crap hole. Never again.
