Cloud’s Moving & Storage

We hired Orion because they had good reviews and the phone woman was very helpful. BUT… they farmed us out to Cloud’s Moving out of Utah. Our stuff was supposed to be stored for 2 months, and it was, but when we were ready for delivery the driver picked up 1000 lbs in Texas and put the stuff in with our load that, we told, completely filled a 55 ft moving van. The driver only hired two assistants to help unload and by 5pm they just shoved most of our stuff into the garage! Fragile antique cabinets had the glass shattered, one box spring to a guest bed is completely missing, the feet were completely knocked off an antique Asian cabinet, pictures had the glass broken, and box containing a dozen sets of double sheets packed around my iron is missing! Orion didn’t help us when we called about damage, and Clouds sent us a form stating we had only 10 days from delivery to make a claim and it took us longer than that to get our stuff moved from the garage into a 4000 sq ft house!
We would NEVER use them again!
