Eli responded to my inquiry really quickly and let me know he could install my new toilet at a reasonable price the next day. He sent David, who arrived promptly the next morning. David was great! He even insisted on taking off his shoes before entering my home. He did a fine job, took out the old toilet, and left things cleaner than they were before he came. When the float valve stopped working after the third flush, Eli sent David back quickly to diagnose the problem, even though it was no fault of David’s installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Eli’s services to anyone.

Eli installed a new bathroom fan in the basement of a rowhouse in DC. There was no fan previously so he had to cut the hole in the ceiling, another one in the brick outer wall, run the duct, and connect the electrical. He did an excellent job, quickly and at reasonable cost compared to other bids I got. He arrived on time, was very responsive in communication, and was friendly to work with. Overall a pleasant experience and we are very happy with the new fan. Mold, begone!

This is my first Unilocal review but I had to leave one for Eli because of the exceptional job that he did. My apartment building had strange walls and several were made of different materials. Eli took the necessary amount of time to find the best way to hang my TV and headboard to make sure they were sturdy and safe. He could have taken an easier route and hung things his first visit but instead he came back to do it right. I appreciated the thoroughness and friendly attitude!

From small jobs to large ones, Eli was wonderful and oh so reasonable! He repaired a laundry list of issues in the house and sealed and repainted our outside deck. He was professional and proficient, not to mention just a nice person to have work for you. Will use him again in a heartbeat!

I’ve been looking for a reliable, honest and capable handyman for a while and the search stops with Eli. He communicates well, cleans up after himself and most importantly does great work! He built wooden covers for our metal baseboard heaters to keep them safe with our toddler. Even when there was a minor problem he didn’t hesitate to come back and fix it. I hired him again and today he finished a radiator cover, shelves and installed shoe molding on stairs. Again, I’m so happy with his work, timeliness and consideration. I will definitely hire Eli again in the future.

Fantastic find on Unilocal.Arrived on time, had many tasks for Eli to complete around the office from hanging pictures and whiteboards to assembling conference tables. No task was too small. Eli was extremely friendly and efficient! Definitely will be someone to call upon again. Thank you!
