Mike was awesome — persistent, knowledgeable, friendly, undaunted by what turned out to be a really hard case integrating home theater components. He stuck at it for a few hours, even going out to Best Buy when he discovered a critical cable missing, and stayed until I understood until I knew how to use the equipment.
Geekatoo’s policy of you-don’t-pay-unless-we-fix-it is a great comfort. I’d use ‘em again in a minute.
One bad issue: I used online chat and got a $ 79 quote. When I booked the order the price quoted was $ 99. I booked anyhow, as I wanted to get on with it.
Not sure where the disconnect occurred, and ultimately the service was great value for $ 99. But I found this unsettling. Geekatoo should too.

After trying to resolve an issue myself without success, I found Geekatoo online and decided to give them a try. Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast. Johnny, the technician, arrived for the appointment as scheduled and quickly resolved the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication throughout. I will definitely use this service again.

This was a great experience. They scheduled a same day appointment (there are a lot of geeks here) :) My geek was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and fixed my problem in 15 minutes! Would absolutely use this service again. It’s like the «UBER» for Technology! (plus they were faster and less expensive than Geek squad)!
