Not a fan. Stopped here because we have never tried their food. Smelled amazing and was told how awesome the fries are by an employee behind the counter. Unfortunately the fries were not awesome. They were not even good. What is up with places over cooking fries??? They’re fries. :( There were pictures all over the walls of delicious looking sandwiches. I got a squashed mess. Oh well.

One of my go-to sandwich places! The sandwiches are made fresh on the spot and are delicious! Only downfall is that it takes a little longer for your order just because they cook everything right then and there(tough to complain about that though!) also, their fries are to die for; not real salty and fresh! Definitely a must!

I’ve been to Penn Station at least 8 – 10 times since it opened. I have never had to wait so long for a sub in my life! I was the only person in line last week, and it was still over 15 minutes before I was out the door! When there are other people in line, the wait is over 20 minutes. I will not be returning !

Ive tried about 7 or 8 different subs here and they were all phenomenal. Fresh cut fries and lemonade to wash it all down. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Very good meal. Had italian sub and fries. Staff was very friendly. Christian owned restaurant if that matters to visitors

Best chain hoagie experience I’ve ever had. Fresh brewed tea, fresh cut fries … Good ingredients and tasty bread. Nice accommodating staff. Clean and pleasant atmosphere… with soccer on the tv.

The bathroom was clean but the tables were dirty. Even though it wasn’t busy, they took a long time(compared to other Penn Stations) to make my sandwich. I ordered the grilled vegetarian without cheese and when they finally brought it out, it was missing lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions. My husband brought it to the cashier to be corrected. She was apologetic. But when the griller brought it back to our table, she said«Sorry about that.» in a sarcastic, rude tone, tossed it on our table and walked off. The added ingredients were thrown haphazardly onto the sandwich with the lettuce hanging off and falling onto the table. My husband didn’t have any problems with his sandwich. They were playing Christian music, which didn’t bother me but it did seem a bit pushy.

I eat at a few other restaurants nearby. I didn’t even know this place served food. A friend recommended I go. So we did! Food was fantastic, fresh cut fries, great service. I will definitely be back. I recommend the Artichoke Sub. My buddy got the Steak Sub and was racing about it! I’ll try that next! Can’t wait to return.

Nothing less than 5 stars. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the sandwich was AMAZING. Ordering was quick and easy, we waited about 4 minutes for our subs to cook, then sat down to eat. Christian music, warm atmosphere, very clean. I went back in today, same deal. Great service, good food. I can see myself going here weekly.

Well, It’s clean inside. The sandwich was descent, the fries are nothing great. Cons: For some reason the owner has them playing«Christian Music» while you are eating to convert you to his religion. It was a little offensive. Church services should stay in church.

I LOVE this place! Awsome subs, & a ton of food for your $$! Plus fresh cut fries, fresh squeezed lemonade and fresh brewed iced tea! What more could you ask for!
