I just went in there to get a larger bat for my son they had the exact same model i brought in, in worse condition and they were asking 99 dollars for it. When i asked them what they would give for my sons bat they offered me 9 dollars. This is on a 350 dollar bat mind you what a joke. Will not go back

I find most of the prices and selection in the store to be extremely fair. However I just made a purchase of $ 25 and decided to return the item the next day. Shocked to find out that they have a policy written on the sign underneath the edge of the counter that says all refunds over $ 10 will be issued in the form of a check. Then the clerk tried to look up the purchase and pulled up someone else’s name which was bizarre because I just filled out a form with my name and address on it for them. Mind you this was a cash purchase so they had no name for me but he pulled one out of their system for some reason. Somebody with a different name in different address. Anyways he made the refund in the form of a check but it was just a ridiculous process for me to get my $ 26 and change refunded
