Room was pretty clean but had some odors in bedding. TV and cable were both great. Front desk person was super helpful. Few shady looking people hanging around parking lot. Free breakfast if you wake early enough. Priced well for the room, would stay here again

It’s 1:30am I have been traveling on the road for the last 7 hours. When I arrive at the Quality Inn I was greeted by friendly staff and quickly checked into my room. Immediately I get showered and ready to crawl into bed. When I find hair… human hair on our pillows and animal hair in the sheets. Of course the hotel is booked and there are no other rooms for us to be moved to. The last at the front desk explains«oh I’m sorry you must have been put in a room that wasn’t meant to be used… Wow!!! Do Not bother to ever come here for the amount of money we paid for this room isn’t worth it. I’ve stayed in plenty of really nice places for the same price. This was a huge disappointment!!! I just need a clean place to sleep so I could continue the last 6 hours of my road trip.

This earns a 3 star only because I liked the décor and my sheets were clean. HOWEVER, the«pet friendly» room they gave me was disgusting. The carpet has CLEARLY been pissed on by numerous dogs, which needs to be replaced! There was human hair all over my shower and floor :(Just didn’t feel clean anywhere but the beds. The manager is fake friendly. I asked him some questions and he, in a round about way, insulted me a few times. If you are miserable and want to take jabs at customers, that’s your problem. I ask a simple question, give me a simple answer. Don’t round aboutly make assumptions about my income based on my age.

This hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The only negative part of the hotel was that we were told by the front desk staff that the breakfast in the morning was amazing and we showed up to a sub-par breakfast. Otherwise a great place just to rest your head for the night.

We stayed at the Quality Inn in St. George, Ut. It was a stop after a 14hr. Drive from Cali. Although it’s dated, it was clean & the staff was accommodating. It worked for a overnight stay, last minute. It’s perfect for that. The free breakfast was just ‘ok’. But what can one expect for free. They need to keep on top of the food, it ran out quickly.

The executive suits are great. I have stayed in a few other hotels in St. George and nothing compares to the cleanliness and service this establishment has. The manager and all of the employees are super helpful. This is my number one choice for staying up here. I stay here regularly for work. I have stayed in casinos in Las Vegas and their rooms don’t compare.

My family and I had a great stay there. We were in town for Thanksgiving and they were busy, but the service was excellent when we checked in and when we checked out. I reserved two nights at the Quality Inn Red Cliffs, and when I checked in I requested to have a third night added to my reservation. They accommodated me and explained that the third night would be the same price as the first night and that Thanksgiving would be a higher rate. I was fine with that. When I checked out my bill was higher than I expected. I voiced my surprise and explained what I had been told when I checked in and added the third night and the manager immediately updated the price to match what I had been told. The room was clean and comfortable and was cleaned and straightened each day we were there. I plan on staying here again in the future.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago with my husband and our two young children. Upon arrival we noticed that the carpet felt sticky and strange to our bare feet. We also noticed a serious ant problem right outside the door of the hotel. We woke in the morning to a bed full of ants– all over me and my young daughter. They were all over the sheets– inside and out. Additionally, our newborn’s portable bassinet had ants in it and they were crawling on her as well. We were, of course, very upset and went to the front desk to complain. The clerk at that desk said that the manager was not working and we should call her to report the incident. We called back the following day, left a message for the manager, and never heard back. My husband attempted to report it to the Quality Inn corporate headquarters and his email was ignored. We will NOT stay at another Quality Inn– take our advice and keep driving! There are other hotels at this and other Washington/St. George exits.

The front desk was helpful we had no problems checking in our out. It wasn’t expensive and it was clean, there was a fridge and microwave which is why we went with this hotel over others. The gym wasn’t finished even though it was heavily advertised. The hotel was about 2 minutes away from the mall which was great we went to the mall and walked around for over an hour. There wasn’t anything particularly cool about the hotel, nothing bad either. It was eh… it seemed clean even though we found the TV remove behind one of the beds so not sure how well the beds were cleaned, other than that it seemed fine.

I’ve now stayed at this hotel twice within the past 2 weeks and felt like I was staying at 2 completely different hotels. We decided on this hotel because they advertise having wi-fi and a fitness center. First stay: My boyfriend and I were given a 1 king, non smoking room as requested. The wi-fi worked perfectly on multiple devices but we did not have a chance to utilize or check out the fitness center. The décor and furniture in the room was a bit outdated yet comfortable and clean. Also, the continental breakfast was fine. We decided we’d stay here again if needed… Second stay(about 2 weeks later): My boyfriend and I were given a 2 queen bed room which smelled of cigarettes when we had requested a 1 king, non smoking room. I was unable to detect any wi-fi network and was told, upon struggling to contact the front desk through the in-room phone, that they did not have wi-fi in the part of the hotel I was staying at(they only have it available in the new building of the hotel.) I found that strange because I was staying in the same building as my last stay. The front desk lady told me I could go to the front desk to pick up an ethernet cord if I would like internet access. Since we were staying for 2 nights this time, I wanted to utilize their fitness center only to find out that it is currently being built. …At this point I’m just confused because there goes the 2 amenities we chose this place for. On top of all the misinformation, our room never got cleaned. The only upside to this visit was that the décor and furniture was updated and more modern. But we did find a few small hairs within the sheets and bedding. GROSS. We will not be staying here again.
