Scotty’s is the kind of bar that you go to after a late night at work to grab a cheap beer and not worry about life for a while. For the complainers mentioning «rif raf» I’d like to remind you of the placement of this bar in the center of Washington. Scotty’s doesn’t describe itself as a high class wine bar. It’s a hole in the wall dive that’s perfect for the after work drink. I love going to Scotty’s, especially on Sunday Funday when Chris lets us play whatever music we want on the jukebox or TV!

This place is a total dump. with the clientele that hangs in here be prepared for a Police raid to go down at anytime. Some of the trash that used to frequent this dump now go to Philbert’s down the street.
I wish I could give zero stars.
