I really enjoy shopping here most of the time, however, I’m getting increasingly aggravated with the customer service each time. I spend around $ 100 each time and the customer service I received on the phone today was awful. There is probably not an extensive customer service training program here, but there are things that could be done better. I worked in customer service for 10+ yrs and customer service goes a long way. First I forgot to purchase a few items that were held at the counter. I called next day and not only did the young girl converse with and ring other customers out while I was trying to speak to her, but she said they immediately put the items back out in the morning. They should at least hold the these items for one day in case customers come back. I live an hour away and could’ve had someone pick that up for me if it was still held for a day. Now I have to come all the way out and try to find that pc again in the sea of merchandise. After she informed me of that she just said«sorry about that». Didn’t offer any sort of solution. I feel like it would’ve been helpful to offer to find that pc again and hold it for a day. Also please give the customer on the phone your full attention or have someone else answer. Please be more accommodating by offering solutions instead of just saying, «sorry about that.» Thanks guys!

Cheap and organized! When I went they had everything from Tupperware(squeals!) to live plants. At the front of the store they have free coffee and cookies. It must be a popular place because the store sells their own T-shirts with their logo!

Very cool place. There is TONS of stuff to Look at here! The prices are great and the staff is nice and helpful! The only problem I can find is that I can’t get cell phone service in here! :)
