Horrible customer service, the manager(long haired guy) was swearing and acting like a child even tried to instigate a fight with us, while insulting us calling us «cheap» for trying to get a replacement phone for the one that was still under warranty. He didn’t want to accept that he made a mistake, was rude to my wife while in the store than was rude on the phone, had to call sprint to get him to start listening. They had turned us away 3 times telling us they ordered our phone but we came back like instructed, still no phone waited weeks like instructed showed up and told us no phones and they need us to sign paperwork to get one ordered. Then kept saying they didn’t make the mistake. Do not use this location.

So I suppose this review comes with a caveat. I know the people that own the store. This review will also comes a complimentary grain of salt. I have been with Sprint forever. No really, I have never had a different mobile carrier and I’ve had a cell phone for 16 years. My father is the UPS driver for this area and he got to know the owner and my entire family has been patrons ever since. We get the early hook up on upgrades, free accessories, the whole 9 yards. Sprint sucks right now for not having LTE but I can’t bitch when I’m paying $ 60 a month for unlimited everything. This, by the way, is another perk of knowing the owner. the people that work here are cool and they know their stuff. They get your phone to you in less than one day if they don’t have it in stock as well. All Sprint stores are not created equal and you should go to this one for all your needs.
