Perhaps Suburban Propane thinks that they are the only propane provider in the area? Their customer service is far below par. They were completely uninterested when I called to order propane. Since I hadn’t utilized their service for over 2 years that they could not.. .. and would not service me. Excuse me for thinking that this is what they do? I haven’t eaten at Burger King in a few years– but I bet if I wanted to order a burger– they wouldn’t turn me away!
I would explore other options when choosing your home propane supplier. Your hard earned money can be spent anywhere, and who wants to patronize a company that just does not care?
