We stayed here for one night after dining at the Inn at Little Washington. This is a beautiful and charming B&B! Our room was lovely, and we really enjoyed the fireplace in the room. The staff were very friendly. There was wine and cheese available shortly after we arrived, and the breakfast was delicious. The entire place was spotless, well cared for, and in a beautiful location. I would highly recommend it!

We stayed one night in the Middleton Room and had a wonderful visit! The innkeeper was very sweet and got us settled right away. Wine and cheese is placed out in the living room around 5:00pm next to a great wood burning fireplace. Breakfast is served in the dining room and takes about an hour. It’s a great meal and the kitchen accommodated a special diet request with a vegan breakfast for me– so nice! The room had a TV in it which was a pleasant surprise and was quite comfortable although petite! The walls are thick because we commented the next day that we didn’t hear any of our neighbors, not even a whisper. A charming place; will return!

Sperryville, VA
We stayed for 2 nights in the cottage with our dogs. Ms. Kuhn, the innkeeper, could not have been more gracious and helpful. The cottage is a beautiful old outbuilding on this beautifully renovated old plantation house. It was spotless and very comfortable, with a whirlpool spa and a fireplace. You could see that she has attended to every detail to make her guests’ visit perfect. The breakfast was creative, substantial, and very tasty, served in the main house’s dining room. We highly recommend the Middleton Inn.
