Mark is a technical expert. His attention to detail is phenomenal and when my old Trane system finally goes, he’ll do the install for a new Rheem system. He has been helping me to salvage my current system for a couple years, never putting pressure on me to buy a new furnace and heat pump even though the old one is 25 years old. Sometimes his explanations are technical and I let them go right over my head, but I like professionals who are really into what they do. Mark is just that.

BEWARE! We had them come out and attempted to tell us that our unit was fried and it’d cost (at best) $ 1300 plus tax and at worst $ 2000 plus tax. Had another guy come out and replaced one part and tell us our unit wasn’t fried and it’d be okay. Our AC is now pumping out cold air again. After the part, labor and tax it was a little over $ 200. I would highly recommend you go with someone else and avoid these guys, unless you like shelling out money for parts and services you don’t need. The one star is because I can’t give zero stars.
P. S. The second they saw my unit they treated me like a total dumb ass.

Mark from Heat NW installed a new furnace/heat pump for us in our home. The previous one did not work. Mark was able to move the system from under the house to our garage — a much preferred location. He fixed much of our old duct work, and now we have a very efficient, new HVAC system. Even had a third party test it — and it passed with a better grade than expected. I would recommend Heat NW to all my friends.
