I had a huge water leak just before Christmas (great timing of course). I live in the gorge, and the first company I called was going to charge me an additional $ 175 in travel fees and gas mileage. I was so happy that Innovative Leak told me they would come at no additional charge whatsoever and they could come that very afternoon. They were able to locate my leak and mark it so that we could begin digging and get the plumber out to fix the line. The leak was exactly where he had marked, though they say it could be within a 4 ft radius. I was so grateful for their fast, friendly and professional service during what was a very stressful time for me. I would definitely recommend them and they will be the only service I use, God forbid I have to deal with this mess again.
