The staff at Pure Wellness are amazing. In need of the perfect Christmas gift I purchased a gift certificate for a massage and added an adjustment with Dr. Mike. When I told the staff who it was for, they immediately recognized her name and were very enthusiastic about this gift. I then purchased a special pillow that was supposed to help my Sweetheart sleep better. Christmas morning proved the staff correct. My Sweetheart was very apprecative of the gifts. It has been two weeks since Christmas and the pillow works amazingly well. I recommend Dr. Mike. And his staff to anyone needing chiropractic services.

Dr. Mike and his staff continues to provide the best chiropractic and massage care. They all truly care about EVERY patient. Dr. Mike also cares about the communittee by creating and participating in various events.
I have been suffering with chronic back and knee pain. There have been days where I could barely walk. Dr Mike’s concern is genuine and he listens. He has many different techniques and I have always left feeling good.
I highly reccommend him for your healthcare needs.

I actually found out about Pure Wellness through a client of mine. I started seeing Dr. Dave for low back issues and tension between my shoulder blades. Within 4 visits, both were feeling 80% better. Because of my occupation, I will have to see Dr. Dave again, but I trust him and he truly makes a difference.

Worst place ever! Dr Dornbush did more harm than good. I will never go there again and I wouldnt recomend anyone else to go there
