With so few reviews, I think it’s important to share what a good job these guys did for us. They came out quickly, provided a very competitive estimate, and then ended up working on a holiday to get it done. The best part, was that at the end of the job they ended up charging us even less than estimated — when does that ever happen?
So if you’re in the market for roof cleaning, I’d strongly advise you make your decision based on their work quality and work ethic.

I am one to appreciate small businesses, however I am also one who also appreciates my privacy to ‘no soliciting’ and expect a business to respect and honor that. I do my research on companies before using and recommending to friends. In this instance I cannot in good faith offer a recommendation or use your service because you refused my most basic right to privacy by hand delivering a flyer.
Thank you for your time, I hope that your business practices change so that perhaps in the future we can change our relationship.

Thank you for your input on the flyers. You are the first to respond on this matter in this way. Apparently you have no need for our service but when you do the flyer may be of some use. I would appreciate you giving the flyer to a homeowner who has a roof.

Personally, I feel this is not respectful of a business to respond in that manner, and I don’t feel obliged to pass the flyer on to someone «has a roof’ as this then soliciting a business that I don’t support onto my neighbors who respect my opinion as I respect theirs.
