Thanks Skamania County douchebag cop for attempting to thwart the «Best Day Ever!» hiking and brewpub plan. Not only were you repeatedly targeting unsuspecting Oregon drivers in your insipid little speed trap, you tried to ingratiate yourself by knocking down the speeding amount. Then when we told you where we were going hiking, you said nothing. After being dismissed, and driving on to the hiking destination (which is only a few miles from said speed trap) it was discovered that the hiking trail was closed due to snow.
Really? You couldn’t be once ounce less of a douche and told us that the trail was closed and save us a few minutes? And the final act that made us all completely certain of your complete douchayness… a Prius with Oregon plates getting the same ticket in the same spot 15 minutes later. Hope you filled your quota buddy.
We went back to the Oregon side and successfully continued on the «Best Day Ever!» hiking and brewpub plan. Don’t expect a return visit from us anytime soon.
