Right around the corner from us, this Albertson’s is our go to neighborhood supermarket. The prices seem fair enough. My wife does most(all) of the grocery shopping and I will say she does do her major shopping at Kroger, but for a quick stop this place is great. The produce department has some great veggie packs(stir fry, coleslaw, etc) that are very fresh and cheap. Their fresh baked French bread is great to pick up on your way home from work, when they put it out hot and fresh out of the oven The workers are VERY friendly and helpful, especially the checkers and the produce folks. Most importantly they don’t have some ridiculous card I have to sign up for to avoid being price gouged. Those ridiculous cards, argh! Don’t get me started.

Definitely not the same Albertsons I grew up to or worked for backed in the days. Prices are up there. Seems to be a lot smaller now even though it’s still the same store I used to work for.

I ran into this Albertson’s after shopping at another store in the same strip mall. I liked this location. I can go to my fave Tuesday Morning, pop into the .99 Store & then pick up a few grocery items all in one fell swoop. It seems like mega grocery stores are everywhere here. It’s nice to patronize one that is by no means small but doesn’t take a GPS to go from produce to dairy. Everything was clean, organized & fairly priced. They had the prerequisite extras & this location featured a wing bar(salad bar was closed) & I even saw a family buying a blow up alligator and swim wear. I kid not. The cashiers were super friendly & the store blessedly calm on a Thursday afternoon. I had no complaints with my experience here.
