Won’t be going back. It was hard to find a table or booth that had been properly cleaned — bits of food and paper were left and many were left soaking wet. The food was way too salty and much of it went uneaten. The best thing we had there was the drinks from the soda fountain, and good thing, because a regular soda is more than $ 2. Paid more than $ 30 for just three people to eat. At a place like this? I don’t think so.

My family LOVES Mexican food a lot, this made the whole family sad. My daughter just wanted a soft taco my son a crunch I got fajitas and my husband had a tamale and a enchilada. We also had the queso. Well the only thing that was good was the queso. The fajitas were smoked and I was not a big fan my husband liked the fajitas. He said that his food had no flavor and was disappointed in the quality of the food. My kids didn’t like there soft or crunchy taco. Don’t go if you are thinking about it. If you still want to try it go for lunch or when they are having a special.

Always have good, decently priced TexMex food. Always have loved Rosa’s since they started out in west Texas!

I only drive thru Rosa’s — I am not really into fast food and Rosa’s is about the only fast food that I will eat — the food is good but way over priced for what it is — the food is not as good as what you will get at say El fenix, Pulidos, On The Boarder etc. — they don’t give you chips, their prices are higher than what you pay at a nice eat in Mexican place and they are very chinchy — for instance their fajitas are 10.00 and they give you enough for 2 fajitas.

Good, fast lunch plates. The beans are my favorite, they have a really great taste! And you can bet the tortillas are super fresh and fluffy! Also love all of the salsas at the salsa bar because they have great flavors!

Requested tacos for 90 people they kept loading cases into my car. I went back in told the manager what I ordered and he was like yep. We fed over 80 people with multiple turns and still had a case of each item left over. The guests raved about the salsa and the meat. Thank you for helping make my daughters graduation party a success. # update Next day had an after graduation party and had enough left over to feed another 23 people

If you’re in the mood for a sit down, at your tempo, eat in, casual Mexican food then… Rosa’s Café is the place for you. It’s not a bad place to eat or some place to gloat about like on the food network’s «Diners and Drives». You’ll simply order from a preset menu at the counter, pay immediately at the counter and await for your number to be called(to pick up your chow). An assembly line restaurant that requires you to serve yourselves for the duration of your visit. You’ll be running back and forth for refills and additives for your meal. I gave this eatery and average(3) stars due to it being very«commercialize». You do get a bit of Mexican food but… it’s not the«Real Jalapeño». Trust me. IMO, Mexican Food is found in California/East Los Angeles, Los Angeles Valley areas, Border Towns and in Mexican neighborhoods(some people don’t want to visit).

The rice is SUPER salty, the beans are runny, when you ask for beef– you get chicken, and their homemade tortillas are rubbery. Pass.

Ordered combination nachos. One of my favorites. However at this location they were apparently more concerned about delivery time rather than quality. Any expediter would have not served this dish. It was a mess. Throw down a some chips, slop down some meat, pivot, spur cream and cheese and send it out. Very sub par for Rosas. What I would expect from a dive, not an established place like Rosas. Because of my many good experiences with Rosas, I will be back, just not this location.

It’s not a bad place. I just wish it wasn’t so messy or as hot in there as it is. The food though is great. Not much more to say. Everybody has eaten here at least once I’m sure.

We go to this Rosa’s Café all the time. They have delicious food, super fast service, and yummy dessert. Try Taco Tuesday. We have a family of 5 and can eat for less than $ 15.

First time at Rosa’s. It was a friendly family environment. Sort of like the atmosphere of a Mexican Double Dave’s or something(an imperfect analogy I know). We were only there for takeout but I spent a lot of time there. Why? Taco Tuesday. I never heard of such a thing and ended up going on the same night as 2/3rds of Tarrant County. It was so crowded I and a line of cards behind me parked in the Target lot and walked. The very young cashier person was cordial but visibly exasperated, and rightfully so. I’m sure hundreds of people go through the line every Tuesday. The food was decent. I’m not a huge Mexican foodie, so I’ll just say it was good enough to eat again, and a good value for the price. We probably will like to come back with the whole family in tow and contribute a few decibels to the room.

Had three three taco plate with fresh factory(made there) tortillas. If you like sour cream and guacamole made sure you order with food. It’s a huge menu and can be a pricey with a group, however you can try Taco Tues is always an option. Enjoy

Great food for a «fast» food restaurant. You can’t compare this to a sit down restaurant, but it is a huge step up from the Taco Bells in the world. We go at least once a week for lunch. The steak fajita nachos are excellent!

I’ve driven by this place and eye-balled it for over six years and finally decided to stop in for lunch today. After perusing the menu, I decided on the Chicken Enchilada Dinner. It comes with two enchiladas, rice, beans, and flour tortillas(do you really need tortillas with enchiladas — whatever…). Anyway, you order at the counter and your number is printed on your receipt. When they call your number, you pick up your food. In the meantime, you grab your utensils, get your drink, and find a table. I went to the salsa bar after I picked up my food and applied the condiments directly to the food(the plastic cups for the salsas are ridiculously small, and besides I wasn’t the only one). So, the enchiladas were OK. The chicken was moist. The sour cream sauce that was on top was OK. It was the salsa verde from the salsa bar that made the enchiladas good. I also applied a huge dollop of pico in the rice/bean area of the plate, which added a nice bit of heat. The pico was surprisingly good. And even more surprising, the rice and beans were actually good. Rice and beans seem to be an afterthought at too many places when they’re easy enough to cook and make tasty. I vacillated between giving this place three and four stars. The food isn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it’s many steps up from the Taco Bells/Buenos of the world. The food was good, not great, but good. I really liked the salsa bar. The salsa verde and the pico I tried were both very good. I also liked the atmosphere of the restaurant, even though it’s a bit kitschy — but in a good way. I liked all the Mexican pottery and tiles, and especially all the ceramic parrots hanging from the ceiling. It’s very bright and festive AND there’s fun Mexican music playing over the speakers. So, I’m not really giving them a ‘4’ for the food. It’s for everything else. I’ll be back for lunch, but it’s not the kind of place I like for dinner.

For fast food Tex-Mex, it hits the mark with my family. The food is good for fast food. It will not compare to better restaurants, but that is not their market.

Took my sister and daughter to lunch here because my sister said the food was okay now I know why she said that. Taco Bueno is better. The food is not that great. This place nickel and dimes you for everything when all was said and done I ordered three meals three drinks and had to pay for chips and a small side of sour cream. It was $ 30.00 for lunch? I could have taken them to Abuleos for that price. The staff was not helpful at all… also very rude. Very disappointed

The best fast food Mexican place around. It’s near or at restaurant quality. The drive through is super fast. You can get there and have 5 – 6 cars lined up and you’ll still be back on the road with your food in just a few minutes. Very well ran.

I love you Rosa. I have never met you, but I love your authentic, yet quick food. I love your drive-thru. Most of the employees I have come in contact when at your establishment have been so friendly. Good job training them well. Rosa, I know you are probably not the one making the tortillas, but wow, they are freaking good! Thank you for your contribution and making the taco meat authentic with potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and peppers. That is what keeps me coming back for more. Rosa, keep up the good work!
