We’ve gone there the past three or four years and always had great results. This year was not quite as good. First off, there was a very limited selection of backgrounds and they kept pushing this dismal, muddy-​looking grey background on us and saying it’s all the rage this year. We ended up using it only because all the other options were even uglier. The photo session went well. We look good in the photos though the background color does detract from it. As always, they do the hard sell to get you to buy much more than you need. What bothers me is that we were shown a price on the screen after making our selections, and then we were charged $ 50 more than that. When I questioned it, I was told that it was because we had added two photos beyond the package we had chosen. Which is true but we were shown the lower price AFTER adding those. They talked fast and gave me confusing explanations until I gave in because we wanted the photos we had selected. So basically we paid an extra $ 50 to add two 8×10s beyond the value package we purchased. The two ladies working there are so nice and friendly and cheerful but they’re sharks. We’ll go somewhere else from now on.

We absolutely Love the manager Lethadis, she has great customer service skills and a keen eye behind the camera. We have been through this studio 8 times in the last 3 – 4 years and we highly recommend it. You can sign up on line to receive discounts and they also offer a set of photos at check out when you pick up your order that just can’t be beat. Some of the newer employees aren’t too bad (our 3 year old loved interacting with Hannah) but If you’ve got the time and want great shots I say ask for Lethadis on your next visit and you won’t be disappointed.
