Unfortunately they could not help me with my Iphone 6, but they answered the phone… were knowledgeable and courteous. They also referred me to a business that might be able to help. FOR that I give them a 4 star! I would call them if I had an issue w a laptop or desktop in the future.

Larry and Vitali are the best! They recovered all 600GB of my data from my busted external hard drive. What happened was as I was trying to backup my drive something went wrong and the drive was saying there was no data on it. First I took my drive to a local tech guy who wasn’t able to fix 2^nd I took it to a friend of mine who is an IT professional and who actually recovered a broken drive of mine in the past and even he couldn’t fix it.
