I just walked out of this store after being subjected to extremely rude and extraordinarily belligerent treatment by one of their employees. Specifically, I was shopping for a plastic box to put old photos in. After asking for assistance, and was told where to look, I couldn’t find precisely what I needed except that there were a large number of items that looked like they might be suitable located on a shelf above the display. As no other such boxes were in sight and a very large step ladder was next to them, I presumed that it was there for customers to get at them. I had barely stepped on it when Michael’s rude and loudmouthed employee started yelling at me(literally) and ordered me, as if I was a dog, to get down. Never in my life have I been subject to such awful and embarrassing treatment. I immediately walked out of the store and took my business elsewhere(Staples was just down the street). I will take my business elsewhere from now on as their employees are incapable of speaking to customers in a civil manner.

This is an average Michaels with a variety of items in the store. However, the layout is pretty hard to navigate around. I’ve been asked by many people where things are because they couldn’t find the workers. I’ve had problems finding the workers myself. Overall, I’ll come back if I need something.

This arts and crafts store has been around for a long time. They carried supplies for those who had to create projects for school, college, or just to fulfill their own personal hobby. Such supplies included clays, paints, brushes, poster boards, tubes of glitter, glue, paper, scrapbooks, little craft and model kits, and more. They also carried supplies for home decorations. This included mini organizers, soap trays, candles, and artificial flowers. Oh yeah, they also had little display cases for anyone who wanted to protect their autographed baseball, hockey puck, or completed model of a car while being able to look at it. Of course, we can’t forget about the picture frames. They carried frames in different sizes and materials(wood, plastic, etc.). Patrons could also create their own custom frame by picking the size and material that they like. So do you know the kind of frame that you need? Is it for a picture of a cool painting or drawing that you made, or a pic of your whole family or friends at a gathering or on vacation? Or even a group photo of yourself and others at a General Unilocal Event? Choose wisely for the perfect frame, my friend. We’ve came here a few times before. When I was a kid in school, we had to get some supplies for the silly projects that were assigned. But during our recent experience, we had to get a picture frame so we could hang a scenic photo that was snapped sometime during a vacation. Due to the pricing, we didn’t utilize the custom framing service. We were able to find a nice frame at a discounted price. We also got some glue and mini organizers here too. Most of the prices here seemed to be competitive. When a certain item is on sale, then it’s a really good price. The glue wasn’t on sale, but the price was fair compared to other places. The other stuff I got here was on sale, though. But there were some other items in the store that were priced higher than other stores, like Target. Even the custom framing service was pretty pricey. Customer service here was fine. Even though the cash register line was pretty long during my recent experience, it moved at a reasonable speed. The shelves were organized, and not in a big mess. Overall, a very good arts and crafts store.

Great place! It really does have a huge selection for any art project you can think of, and usually you can find coupons online to use in store. I shopped here a lot when planning our wedding because I did a lot of DIY touches for our wedding. I’ve also shopped here for scrap-booking materials. HUGE selection of scrap-booking materials. 4 stars instead of 5 because the cashiers aren’t always the most friendly and/or efficient.

This is the place I go to when my daughter has a project to do for school. They do carry a wide variety of supplies but my only problem is they tend to run out of their supplies often with no back ups. I have asked the staff on more then one occasion if they have anymore of an item, and the response is if I don’t see it out then there isn’t anymore. When asked when it will come back in I’m told 2 weeks. That doesn’t help when doing a project for school and given a time frame of less then a week to accomplish it. The staff is always friendly though, I don’t blame them for a lack of supplies. They also have a really good picture framing department in the back. If you check their weekly flyer you can always find a 40−50% off coupon . I do shop here a lot so I have the Michael’s app. on my iPhone so I always get the most up to date coupons. Parking is not a problem there is a huge lot. Great place to buy artificial flowers too. I would give them 4 stars but I think they need to improve inventory supplies! This tends to be a busy store.

I wish they had more items in stock. This is second Michael’s I walked into that either didn’t or only had one pack of safety pins. Plus I asked a woman, that worked here, if she could tell me where to find safety pins and she asked me, «Did you find any?» Ummm, if I did why would I ask you? Smh lol
