VERY disappointed. Haven’t been there in years but decided to give them another shot. I would’ve thought they were all amateurs. The guy who did my nails did a HORRIBLENEjob. 1st he «accidentally «gave me gel BC he obviously wasn’t paying attention. When I told him I wasn’t paying for gel Bc that’s not what I asked for it all went downhill. Nails were boxy and unnatural looking. When I voiced to the «manager» my disappointment she acted like I was crazy. She refused to fix them and said «they’re fake nails. They’re supposed to look fake.» Needless to say I WONT be going back. I paid them and went to 90’s nails to have them fixed. Where I should’ve went in the first place. Silly me for straying!

Not a bad place but it is good to be a regular. No need to call for appt but it helps to call 1st. If unhappy will accommodate you.
