Frame Shop

I went into this store a while back to get something framed that I bought. I paid upfront cause with my work schedule and his store hours, I was not sure when I would be able to pick it up, and was going to have my roommate at the time pick it up if need be.
I brought in a simple job for him, which cost significantly more than the item I had framed, I’ll even go so far as to call it a ripoff.
He sucked at returning calls, (taking so much as two days) and when I finally went in on a Saturday morning to pick my item up, I waited outside for him with other customers. The advertised hours on Saturdays are 9:00 AM — 2:00 PM. I got there at 8:50 and didn’t see him to come in and open the doors till almost 10.
This was also right around Valentine’s Day, and when I spoke to him [after he FINALLY returned my call], he said he was closing an hour early to take his wife out. If I had not spoken to him on the phone, I would have had no way of knowing this.
Overpriced, piss poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
