Wow! Frank’s work is exceptional!!! He really knows his stuff about cars. I never feel rushed when I come into his store. He always takes his time to talk to his customers. I would give him 5 stars and would recommend MY friends and family to his company!

I had 3 CD’s jammed in my multiple CD player and Frank charged about ½ the price of the 3 other estimates that I received. He also fixed it right on the spot! My remote starter was broken for a few years, and as opposed to telling me to replacing it, he said it was a good unit and did not need to be changed, saving me hundreds of dollars. It was repaired for just a nominal fee.
His honesty, integrity and genuine caring about what is best for the consumer stands out above the rest. I don’t recommend too many people but I felt compelled to share with you my great experiences with him.

Franks experience and professionalism are top notch! And that is evident in his attention to detail. I went in to get a new stereo but was so impressed that also got a remote starter. He even fixed my power window. He took the time to explain the features to me on both the stereo and remote start and had an answer for every question I had. I would recommend him to anyone. I plan on buying a couple of remote starts for Christmas gifts and I wouldn’t go anywhere but to Frank’s Hi-Fi!!!
