Wife was rear ended and was looking for a place nearby to get the car repaired. We took it to American Collision and were nothing but completely satisfied. They were very professional and accommodating. When they said things were going to happen they did. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for body work.

Well here’s the deal. I was in a slight jam, well, someone had lightly jammed the front right wheel well of my car just enough so that when I would open the passenger door for a lady the door was unnecessarily rubbing against the wheel well.
I had gotten busy, so I didn’t really have time to get it taken care of, and next thing you know I’m getting ready to move several states away and hadn’t taken care of it with a week before moving out.
I stopped in on a Monday, talked to a young man who said the owner wasn’t around, but to swing by tomorrow. The young man I dealt with was very polite and professional, and sounded hopeful they’d be able to take care of my ding with no problems.
I stopped back in the next day and met the owner. He looked at it and asked if I could drop it off the next day. I gladly obliged. As I dropped it off the next day, I asked if he might have time to look at my headlight mounts b/​c they vibrated quite a bit, and just were really annoying at night to me and other drives. And I was about to embark on an epic road trip.
He gave me two options to fix the ding. One was basically just pull it out, and buff it out, and the other was more extensive making it look like new. My car is 8 years old, I just needed the functionality back.
Within about 5 hours, I got a call back that the car was done. The ding looked better than expected and the door worked perfectly again! I found out a few nights later while driving down to FL to visit my parents that the headlights were as good as new again and not bouncing around.
These guys are great from the experience I had with them. Next time I’m in town, I’m going to swing by and say a big thanks to them for helping make my journey that much more enjoyable!
