This place is not cheap or a good value for your money. They charge for every little thing. I ordered a quesadilla and the waitress asked if I would like jalapeños with them. Sure I said. 50 cents added to bill.. I asked for some extra buffalo sauce because the wings were dry. 50 cents added to bill. I asked for more ranch for the wings because they were dry and the sauce was too spicy for my daughter. 50 cents added to bill. I had a chicken breast which was about 4 ounces. Small. $ 6.00!!! No sides are included. The taste of the food was just ok. The good is that the servers are nice, patio seating and our food came out hot. I also felt that the price of alcohol was very reasonable. So i would come here for a drink and sit outside. Other than that if you want to spend a fortune for a family bar food dinner don’t come here.

We went on a Friday and being Wisconsin, the entire place smelt of fish. Having said that, smell aside, the food was really good. We had some sort of chicken sandwhich that made me question if eating fast food was even an option when Badlander’s is just down the street from me.
I think Badlander’s is a great place to eat and the service was friendly and quick. I also think that because of it’s close proximity to Kelly’s Bleachers, it doesn’t get the attention it deserves. Hell, I’ve lived a block away for a year and had already been to Kelly’s 4 times.
Now I think I’ll be going to Badlander’s for a while. Their prices are better and honestly, their food is better as well.

Consistently impressed with the food and the service. Love the outdoor dining area and greatly appreciate that the management does not allow children in the bar area. Sunday breakfasts are always outstanding. Bloody Mary’s very good and inexpensive. Dinner specials, the variety and generous portions, keep us coming back every week!

The chicken breast sandwich I ordered was a little off in terms of breast-​to-​bun ratio. It was kind of like being given an A-​cup breast served on a D-​cup bra. The taste, however, was superb and succulent and made me completely overlook the disproportionality of the breast and the bun it laid upon.
The other dishes we ordered were chicken tenders with fries, along with a side of tater tots. The chicken tenders were claimed to have been slightly too tender at the center, however, the person who made this claim likes her food to have a certain «crunch factor,» which somewhat discredits her opinion. The tater tots were tasty and addictive… as they always are.
Overall, it was a good experience and was made even better with the competition of trivia. Although, the table of pre-​teens who won 2nd place were on their phones almost the entire game and should have been banned from Badlanders.

Awesome food and great beer selection. The staff is always friendly. But my favorite thing here is there huge ass Bloody Mary’s. You can never go wrong with one of these on the weekend.

The epitome of amazing, hearty and inexpensive pub food. We often stop for lunch or dinner after fishing. In addition to a great menu, they offer specials as well. We’ve even had prime rib here on Saturdays. The staff are friendly and service quick. They have an outdoor deck as well. A true Wisconsin pub.

Saw one of those «send in your favorite fish fry» sections in the newspaper, and that’s how we saw this place. Started out with the mozzarella sticks, then the fish with potato pancakes. The dinner had the usual suspects of rye bread and cole slaw. All were very good, but the potato pancakes still don’t come close to my favorite. (Nite Cap Inn in Palmyra) Service was excellent. We got there just as they started serving dinner, so we didn’t have to wait for a table. By the time we left, the place was filled up.

Had a friend of mine show up went to say hi and the owner decides she is so much more important and tells me to get lost so she can talk to her. How rude. Good luck
