JJ towing is a terrible business. After towing my car, I was not given a receipt despite paying cash. When I called 5 minutes after he left for a receipt, I was told I would be mailed one. A month passed and no receipt. After calling and requesting another they told me to come in. When I came in he wrote me a receipt of that same day, not of the day that I towed my car. I sent my receipt to the insurance company for a rebate and I wasn’t given a rebate because the date was wrong. When I called to get a new receipt they told me only the owner can give me one and that he was supposed to come in one week. One week later he wasn’t there. After many weeks of him not being there, I went in and he cussed at me furiously while writing me a receipt, four months after I towed my car.
