Service is so slow! Pizza is usually not done even close to the time quoted! Allow at least an extra 15 minutes!

Jets has the best Pizza hands down! They are always on time and our food is never cold. If you have never had Jets I highly recommend the BBQ Chicken pizza or the BLT. Only down side to the BLT is that it doesn’t make for great leftovers :/Not to worry though, you won’t have any!

I’m only giving them two stars because like every other Jet’s Pizza, the food is good.
Unfortunately, their service is terrible!
As of right now I’ve been waiting over an hour for a small pizza, salad, and pop. An order that should have taken less than 20 minutes to square away on a Tuesday night.
This is typical of this one Jet’s Pizza establishment. It’s gotten so bad that I no longer even leave a tip on the card when I place an order because I know I’d just be tipping for bad service.
This is the last straw for this place for me. I’m never ordering from this Jet’s Pizza again.

I tried using this location once a week for a month or two to have some pizzas for a once a week meeting that I host. I asked that the food be delivered at a certain time, which I didn’t think was an unreasonable request as I was less than 10 minutes away. Each time the food arrived at a completely different time, sometimes up to 35 minutes early and would be cold before the meeting would start. Other times it would come 30 minutes late while we had begun our meeting. Not once did they get it right in all the times that I tried. The pizza was mediocre and not nearly as good as other jets locations. Bad experience.

Don’t ever try the online ordering… online order went in at 6:11pm was to be ready at 6:31pm — got there at 6:32pm and the order was not even put in. Waited for 20 minutes for them to make my order and they managed to mess it up. The owner did call me back and smooth things over… I’ll call from now on.

Jet’s Pizza was a convenient choice, near another store that had a needed item for the family dog. Jet’s has a good number of coupons/specials … we went for the Jet 10 with Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, Hamburger, Italian Sausage, Bacon, and Black Olives.
The deep dish crust seemed like the obvious choice … what other crust could hold up all of those toppings? It took about 15 – 20 minutes, and pizza satisfaction was ready.
The pizza was well baked and the sauce plentiful, giving a nice toasted yet saucy base to a topping filled, cheesy pizza.
In a land full of Little Caesars, Hungry Howies, and Domino’s, Jet’s Pizza offers a better than average option for a quick pizza.
