I had a Groupon so decided to try this place. (My first mistake).
The price I was quoted added about $ 50 onto my Groupon quote (that is extra, this is extra, etc) and soon highlights and a root touch-​up turned into $ 75, which they collected UP FRONT (my second mistake).
The girl chosen for me was sullen and unfriendly. I felt uncomfortable but stayed-(third mistake). I explained I wanted a root touch-​up a bit lighter than my natural color, then highlights and a few lowlights. I explained I wanted cool tones with NO gold.
When shampooed the towel was pulled off to reveal clown orange frizz with no contrasting color. The instructor tried to correct it; no improvement. I had been there for hours and approached the owner for a refund. She was surly, RUDE and said she refused to give me a penny! I asked her what she would do if her hair turned out like mine. She had the NERVE to say that she would leave immediately! She asked me if I was a cosmetologist when I complained about the color. I said I was a psychologist and asked her if she was. I again demanded a refund. She refused, and I told her I had pictures on my phone and that my fiancé was a lawyer and we would sue. She said go right ahead! Within 10 seconds the surly girl and the instructor frantically tried to fix the mistakes. I left 2 hours later slightly improved, no money back and will have to try somewhere else for a true color correction.
