Great experience. My appointment was yesterday, got right in, the doctor who did the exam was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as we went along. After the exam the staff helped in my selection. Overall I was very pleased and recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Goldberg is the WORST Optometrist I have EVER been to in the 35 years I have been wearing contacts and glasses. He downgraded my prescription after telling him I couldn’t see anything during the exam, AND had called my previous eye Doctor to confirm my previous prescription(only to find out that I was not lying about my prescription). Unfortunately, I didn’t know he downgraded my prescription until after he gave me a trial pair of contacts and ordered a years worth. I didn’t realize I couldn’t read to do computer work until I returned to my office. I called immediately, only to find out he downgraded my prescription, and no one in the office could do anything to help me until the manager was back in the office(the next day). The manager called me at the end of the next day, and said she was too busy to call earlier, that she could not help me then, but she would call me in 2 days(since she has Wednesday off). What??? When I finally spoke with the manager on Thursday, she told me there wasn’t anything they could do. I would have to get ANOTHER exam done, and would have to wait until my(wrong) contacts came in before I could order new ones with the right prescription. She also mentioned she is not sure why Dr. Goldberg still orders this particular brand of contacts because everyone complains about the brand and ends of returning them!!! She told me she could not get me an appointment until the following Thursday!!! At this point, that is almost 2 weeks since my first appointment. Meanwhile I can’t see to work, or drive, and the contacts are hurting my eyes, and appear to be deteriorating, so now they are also fogging up, so I find a friend with a similar prescription and use his!!! Why, because they couldn’t do ANYTHING to help me so I could see, and I am BLIND without contacts. On top of it, I was told my contacts would come in within 4 — 5 days… well, it’s now been 7and they are still not in! Remember, I can’t order new one’s until I return the old ones(that haven’t come in yet!). Oh, and I asked if they could get me in a day early(today), because I can’t see! But of course they can’t, and Dr. Goldberg(who apparently owns this Pearle Vision), can’t stay late to fit me in. The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to in order to leave a review. I have never taken the time to leave a review before, but didn’t want any of you to make the same mistake I did. Take this as a warning, DONOTGOTOTHISPEARLEVISION!!!

This was my first experience with Pearl Vision. Had an appointment for 12:30PM. I didn’t get in to see the Doctor until 01:15PM. This establishment appeared to be a bit disorganized. The Doctor was thorough and spent time explaining everything he was doing. After the Doctor visit the staff on hand spent time going over all of my options and went above and beyond looking for ways to save money. Overall, not a bad experience.
