The food is fresh and very good. Restaurant is inside a gas station but looks clean. I have been here 3 times and the guys that work there are very friendly. If you are not familiar with Mediterranean food they will help you pick something you like. The rice bowl with hummus and veggies is light but filling. They have a rewards program also. I will be going there again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic service and incredibly fresh food. It was the best hummus I’ve ever had! I will recommend to everyone.

I absolutely love Pita Way! I have tried other Mediterranean places in the area and this one is by far the best. I have never ordered a dish I didn’t like. Conrad and his crew are always polite and take good care of me and they always offer suggestions on new things to try. My food is always fresh and prepared perfectly. They make EVERYTHING fresh daily. I really love how you can pick your toppings as they are making your items in front of you. I am addicted to the«Pita Way Bowl» which is customized exactly the way you want it. The delicious fresh food and outstanding customer service keep me coming back(just about) every day! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Pita Way. They have outstanding customer service and the food is delicious. All of their employees are friendly and courteous and they strive to make their customers happy. I would definitely recommend trying them if you haven’t yet. If you happen to be in the Waterford area you should stop in and ask Conrad to make you up something out of this world. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I had a Groupon so my sister and i came for lunch. It is very small in the back of a Marathon station. Only seats about 10, in a small crammed space. The employees were friendly and helpful. Very fresh ingredients, my «sandwheech» was delicious, and so was the garlic dip. Don’t get the pita chips though, the bag is super small. And carryout is probably best.

Ah, redemption, to a degree. Something all of us can strive for. Pita Way currently has two(2) locations: a standalone location in Clarkston/Independence Township, and this one, located within a Marathon gas station in Waterford. *This* is the one to go to, because this one is well-run. The other one, apparently, is run by mentally-challenged monkeys. I honestly tried to go to the other location first. When a restaurant of any kind, but *especially* one with an abbreviated menu like this, is out of a major menu staple/ingredient a full half hour before closing, and won’t be having any more until the next day? That’s not just a «Whoopsie!», that’s incredibly bad management, foresight, and basic laziness. This was what happened on my visit to the Clarkston location: a full half hour before they closed on a Saturday night at 8PM(I was there at 7:30PM), they were *completely* out of lamb and chicken shawarma, in a place that’s based on Middle Eastern cuisine. This is akin to walking into McDonalds at 30 minutes to closing and having them tell you that they’re completely out of both beef and chicken… but would you like to buy a Filet O’ Fish? This *really* ticked me off, since I’d driven out of my way to get there. I walked out, determined to get my fix elsewhere, like La Marsa. On my way there, I looked at Pita Way’s website and found out that their second location was basically on my way to La Marsa, so I stopped by to get a GM or owner’s phone number to complain, and Conrad, the manager of the new location who *used to be* the manager at the other location, basically saved Pita Way’s reputation single-handedly. Conrad knows what he’s doing. He recognized the myriad problems from the other location, apologized profusely, and did his level-best to make it up to me. I’m darned glad he did: he makes a very nice Chicken Tawook. I had one that night at his expense, and it was very nice. He even threw in a drink as well. While I wish that there had been a bit more chicken in the wrap, it was still quite good. Today I ended up buying another Chicken Tawook wrap, as well as a Chicken Shawarma wrap. While I like their Chicken Tawook wrap better between the two of them, both were at least good… the Tawook is just better between the two of them. Conrad is the reason I went back, though. He’s doing a bang-up job there, and should be commended for it. It’s not like there’s a lot of amenities to the place, as there’s 2(*maybe* 3) tables to eat at, so 95% of their business is pure takeout. The food is fresh, though, the service(at *this* location) is great, and they do a pretty good on-the-go job. I’ll be back again soon. The other location? Yeah… probably not so much, or ever.
