Came in to get a carry-out and I felt so terrible for the only server I could identify, Austin. He was clearly over worked and the manager was so rude to him. Customers food came up and the manager set it up on the counter for him as Austin was taking a phone order to get, as I clearly saw the manager not doing anything that seems super important that he could have ran the pizza and breadsticks. A customer came up to complain to the manager about no refills and such and the manager yelled at poor Austin right in front of the complaining customer. So unprofessional of the manager and embarrassing for Austin.

I order from this location at least 3 times a month and it is consistently great. I am always impressed with the quality of the food and how prompt they are inside. I can attest to this location being above the rest because I tried 2 others recently while at a friends and while leaving work. Both were lousy in comparison… the Walled Lake location took forever to give us our carryout, and when we got it it was hastily thrown together and subpar at best. The location near Walton rd had terrible customer service and my food was barely warm when I got it. The woman had to finish her lengthy texting before she could bother coming up to the counter and helping me. I will stick to my m59 Pizza Hut, the food is always good and they’ve got my money for life.

I wouldn’t even have given a star if I didn’t need too. Worst management ever. The service was good. But to begin, there was no salt on the ground. It was a sheet of ice and I slipped and fell. Had blood all over my knee and was clothes were soaked. Second my dad ordered pasta. There was no sauce, asked for more… She send over ice cold marinara sauce. He sends it back for the sauce that goes in the pasta, they bring it after he’s finished his meal. And it’s still ice cold. My son orders wings, they were raw. I go to pay and the manager says she will comp my pizza. The one thing that was good. I had to fight her to comp the wings too. Needless to say, we will never ever go back there.

Hard to believe this is a chain since they should have well established policies and procedures on training, etc. When we ate on a recent Sunday afternoon, we were the only people dining in. The waitress was quick to bring us drinks but then when ready to order I had to hunt her down after waiting for the better part of 10-minutes. Then, once we got our meal, she came back only to give the check. I mean guys, really. When you have one party of three and you can’t make the service? Food’s typical Pizza Hut but this franchise obviously has some management problems. Not impressed at all.

Terrible service. Only one server and he never bothered to help us much even when it was slow. Took 15 minutes to get our drink orders, took 20 minutes to give us our drinks, took 30 minutes to take our food order, took over 30 minutes to have our food arrived, and he never came around to re-fill our drinks or ask if we needed anything. The other problem was when another customer came in he was quick to serve her entirely. We complained to management who basically said«oh well» to us. We didn’t leave a tip at all. I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut, EVER!
