If I could give them no stars I would! Do not store your Rv here. Ours was broken into and thousand of dollars worth of equipment was stolen. Was told by Dawn the district manager that she couldn’t help me, wouldn’t refund any of my rent and then hung up on me! Worst customer service ever! They do not offer insurance on their parking spots and do not have cameras. Completely unacceptable company. Called corporate and they won’t help me, referred me to Regional manager. Don’t waste your time and money there!

I was a victim of the flooding, so I came into public storage to get some information on renting a storage unit. I was greeted by Erica who was very helpful. She showed me a few different sizes and options on what would be best for me. I ended up getting all of my packing supplies from you guys, and will be back to rent a unit. The property was very nice and clean. I feel comfortable keeping my belongings with Public Storage. Thank you.

We had good service when we originally rented our unit in May, 2013, but something has certainly changed. Our daughter made an appointment to sign the paper work for her own unit. When she arrived for her appointment, on time with baby in tow, the person working was inside eating lunch and would not open the door. She was kept waiting for 15 minutes. The Public Storage reps explanation was«that she is legally required to take a 30 minute lunch and she got her lunch late.» Really??? Then why bother making an appointment at all. Needless to say, she won’t be keeping the unit long! Nancy L

What great Customer Service!!! Stopped in today without calling ahead… Sara was VERY helpful, informative, and personable. She showed us a clean, accessible unit and had us signed up and moving in without a lot of fuss. Glad we chose PS and very happy we got the opportunity to work with Sara.
