Was going here all the time… The management was not helpful with issues. The food is always burnt or old. I make the trip to the one on sashabaw now.

Came for lunch for first time. I typically only do a coffee in the morning. No chips for sandwich so was given a cold hash brown in place of chips. After long wait for turkey club was advised no bread for sandwich. Had them do a wrap instead since I had already paid. Wrap was stale but veggies fresh. Never again for lunch… Definitely a donut coffee shop only

Everyone needs their coffee every morning and Timmy Ho Ho’s does it in such a slow way! I give them the benefit of a doubt that maybe they were under staff that Sunday… Either way, they had a line on drive-​thru and in the café. I feel like there’s no customer service routine involved into their work ethics on doing the best they can to kill the line. I ordered a French vanilla iced cap and it was fine. I would honestly rather take my money and go to a Starbucks or a Biggby’s though.

I ordinarily love Tim Hortons, and don’t understand how this location stays in business. No matter what time you visit, they are always out of key items. Such as no Hash Browns during breakfast. Doughnuts at night, if they have any left — are stale. This isn’t a recent problem — its been this way for years. Such a shame — if the franchise owners were smart they’d take better advantage of this prime location. New management is sorely needed.
Like another commenter, I try to avoid this place even though its only a couple blocks from my home. Every few months or so I forget, stop in, and am reminded how bad it is. So many times I’ve pulled through their drive thru & left empty-​handed straight for Dunkin Donuts at Pontiac Lake & 59. They always have everything & decent quality, just a little further.

I’ve had a few negative experiences here and won’t waste my time going back. Out of what I originally wanted, mixed up what I asked for instead, and had a big attitude about refunding the difference in the mix up. There are enough Tim Hortons in the area; just hit up the next one!

I generally love a medium Tim Horton’s coffee and a muffin to start my day. However, I nearly always avoid this location even though it is 2 blocks away from my home. I don’t believe I’ve ever been served a fresh coffee and it takes a very long time to receive an order no matter what time of day it is. Based on quality of product, this store would’ve gotten 1 star, but each time I’ve visited, the staff have been very kind. For that, they receive two. Step up your game, Timmy Ho’s! The other location I visit is always fast and fresh.
