Top Line Nails

the people here are rude it’s more or so if you (black) like me the service is horrible i first off i walk in the person at the door looks up and says nothing so i sat quietly and waiting for a hour because they were pretty busy it was 3 people ahead of me now they get down to noone in front of me and noone asking if i need service or what i was in for today they completely ignored me but then in walk a (Caucasian) lady and thy perk right up and say hi how can i help you i dont say anything bc i dont want to be rude oi wait and see what happens so then she tells her to pick her color and she proceeds to sit down then she tells her no go to the first pedicure station mind you we are both here for the same services a mani and pedi so i walk up to the lady and say im sorry but i’ve been an hour and noone asked me what it was i needed or sat me in any chair for services she say yes her over there asked she just told me she did i said no she didn’t when i walked in noone asked me anything nor tried to assist me and she then states okay well go and points i said no its okay ill take my business else and walked out of they’re door and i haven’t been back i think they are by far the worst for the customer service they showed me that day i will never return there again.

I stopped in since I’m looking for a new place… I tend to go weekly for a simple manicure. The technician was so fast… I was done in 15 min tops and it wasn’t up to my standards at all! She didn’t even clean under my nails or do a clear top coat after the first application! I realize I’m a male so maybe she thought my standards weren’t as high which is sad, because it’s so close to my house and convenient.

Love this place! They’re fast, do a great job and the prices are reasonable. The men are the best there, I personally think they do a better job than the women (no offense to the women). I have only gotten my nails done (not a fan of pedicures), acrylic, but I’ve never had a bad experience! :)
