Ciccino’s Pizzeria and Restaurant

We had guests in from Virginia. We had gone to Sauders to pick up some supplies and they wanted to eat, so I suggested Ciccinos. I had the most delicious chicken Alfredo that I’ve ever had! It was so good that I wanted to eat it all, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to move if I ate it all. Took it home and warmed it up for lunch the next day. Still awesome! My friends had pizza and they were just as pleased as I was! Great place! Great food! Wait staff was a little slow, but food made up for it!

The customer service was great. The charbroiled honey garlic double dipped chicken wings are delicious. Alfredo sauce is so good.

Literally the worst food I’ve had. Will never go back, I don’t know how they get people in the door to eat their «food».

Some of the best chicken wings in New York, hands down. I don’t even waste time ordering much else. My standard order is a dozen buffalo wings and a couple of the garlic rolls. Simply perfect.
There’s plenty of space for large groups, and the décor is nice and relaxing. The menu is broad, and the prices are fair. I don’t usually make it to dessert, but there are lots of great choices there too.
I’ve been coming here for years, and highly recommend the food. The service is occasionally slow, which is my only reason for the four star review.

We ate here 2 days ago and really enjoyed our meals. The waitress were great and on the ball. Go here and support your local business. Nice, clean, good service and the food was great.

Really good homemade crust, fresh toppings, and will definitely order from them again. A little bit of a wait but it was worth it. Recommend it for a good pizza.

Oh my God this place sucks. One waitress on duty during the weekday lunch hour in one of the only restaurants in town. 45 minutes of sitting around before getting our food. All I wanted was a salad. Every one on the menu was made with iceberg lettuce. How ghetto. There are other more desire able and nutritious salad greens out there but apparently that news hasn’t gotten to this dump. The salad was horrible. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised by this restaurant nestled in the shadow of a humongous landfill.

Passing thru area needed a quick bite delivered to my hotel. Ordered margerita pizza. Arrived fast & hot… Crust was excellent… Crunchy & chewey… Tomatoes were canned & awful… They forgot to add the fresh (or any) basil. C’mon guys… Grape and Romas are always available and good. Scraped off the tomatoes & enjoyed the crust.

Food is pretty good. The place is clean and pretty good size. The make char cooked wings and plus for me. Price is a little high for me at times.

Overpriced cheap food. Anything that contains dough on the menu is good. Other than that mostly frozen foods.

Based on Unilocal reviews, our expectations were low. But, we needed something close and somewhat fast and this seemed like the best /​only option.
Our impressions — service was mediocre. Restaurant was much bigger than we expected and calling it a Pizzeria is misleading — the menu is large, full scale Italian.
We got a pizza. The XL feed the four of us guys. The wine list did include several NY options, which I appreciated.
Overall, it’s a pretty average place.

Since returning to my home town I have eaten here on three separate occasions. Each time the food has been okay and the kids seem to like it. The main issue I have is the poor service. The wait staff is terribly slow and you sit and wait and no one comes over to take your order. The waitresses stand around chatting with one another and the guests are ignored. Until a complete overhaul is done with the wait staff I am not going to return.

Not very good food. Chicken Marsala was funky, and Greek pizza was disgusting. The Greek pizza had red sauce instead of using olive oil. Wait staff was awkward.

Arrived at 3:30 on a sunday afternoon. Sign said seat yourself, so we did. My wife went to the restroom as I sat noticing 4 employees working on changing over menus. About 5 minutes after my wife returned a gentleman from behind the counter finally came out and asked us if we were going to need a waitress or if we wanted something from behind the counter…(duh, we are sitting at a table, not standing at a counter). Anyway, «we would like a waitress», and then after a few more minutes we got the waters we asked for and he told us a waitress would be right with us. Ok… 5 — 10 more minutes, staff still just sitting there watching tv and folding menus. WE LEFT! horrible service

We have been going to Ciccino’s for many years have never been disapointed !! Great Pizza and great Italian dishes!

Terrible!
We went to Ciccino’s last night because Seneca Falls lost power due to a big storm and La Fiesta Brava across the street was full and on a wait, what a mistake.
I am not a fan of Ciccino’s anyway but I was starving and there were seats available at the «bar». The bar looks like a bar but it is basically a drink station for the waitresses and a sink to wash glasses and a phone to process take out orders.
What pisses me off is the «owner» who «works» behind the bar. This guy needs to take a lesson in hospitality. He stands behind the bar washing glasses and answering phones and completely ignores people sitting at the bar. I kept wondering what he was thinking then I realized, it’s the girls job to wait on customers. The waitresses are running around like crazy trying to manage their tables and pour their own drinks and this clown just does the minimum to get by. Loser.
The food was disgusting last night. My «Balsamic chicken sandwich» was not marinated as advertised, rather it was plain chicken with balsamic salad dressing on top, gross. The «bread» they delivered before our food came was completely stale, really? Soooo gross.
My man had the rigatoni with vodka sauce and he was unimpressed as well. He said it was cold and over salted.
Do yourself a favor and eat at Antonina’s or The Deluxe in Geneva if you want Italian food because this place fails miserably.

I was back home for a visit and the family chose to meet here for dinner. We had a party of 7 and it was a Thursday night at 5:30p so no problem in being seated promptly. Our server, who just happens to be my niece, was good and promptly got our drink order. My step-​dad complained about his Manhattan not being correctly made but I told him I’m sure the young bartender doesn’t make too many of those for the patrons in this establishment so to quit whining and drink it!
I ordered the eggplant parmesan and was quite satisfied with my meal. The eggplant was lightly breaded and the sauce had a nice flavor. Portion was bigger than necessary and the price point was average.
Everyone else seemed to enjoy their dinners as well and I know they come here frequently.
The atmosphere is casual but nice, the staff was friendly and the food was good. Just don’t order a Manhattan. Duh!
