Gibson’s Heating and Plumbing

Gibson’s technicians were so helpful and took us step by step through everything they did so we knew everything going on and understood it. They fixed our plumbing issue and we are very satisfied!!!

I had a leak from what we suspected was a drain line from an upstairs bathtub. We called Gibson’s and they were there the next day. Jim B. was able to quickly find the source of the leak and it turned out not to be a drain line. I really appreciated Jim’s professionalism and courtesy!

This is the second time that Gibsons have come over to help us with our hot water heater; in both instances they were on time (even though we are hard to find!), and did a first class job. Jim couldn’t be any nicer. 5 star service.

Gibson’s technicians are always knowledgeable and polite, and Jim was no exception. He had to make a return trip to replace the bladder tank for our water system; he came back out the next morning and had the job completed quickly and efficiently.

We had a random water problem that happened 2 days before Christmas. Called our usual places first and they would either end up charging us for after hours or wouldn’t be able to get us in until the next day (during which we had plans to be elsewhere). Gibsons was able to be there within a few hours. Our technician was Jason M. He was polite, knowledgeable, wore shoe covers (I hate having shoes worn in the house, so this was important to me), and seemed pretty thorough. Best of all he wasn’t trying to cause problems where there were none. In other words, he thought, based on his years of experience, that watching the problem (to see if it really was a problem) was the best course of action rather than drilling a hole in our ceiling.
More than a week later and his hypothesis seems to be holding true. It was nice to be able to have someone come out when we needed a quick assessment. It was even nicer that no extra work (i.e., $$ charges) was done when it wasn’t necessary.
Based on this experience with Jason M., I would definitely recommend Gibson’s to others.
(Why not a 5 star then? Well, in a case like this I would prefer to have several positive experiences from a company like this before bestowing the highest possible rating to insure a consistent wonderful experience. Additionally, I usually reserve 5 stars for something that goes far and away, above and beyond, which I would not expect to happen during every visit.)

Chad was professional, personable, and very respectful of my home and trust in Gibsons. Every technician I’ve had out over the years has gone above and beyond to do a good job. I am very satisfied with Chad and Gibsons, as usual.
