I need to return a pair of pants that my husband had purchased. I entered in the back entrance by the housewares and kitchen supplies. There was another couple already returning something into employees who were helping them. The one employee seem like she might be new and the one lady was helping her do the return and reorder. I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for them to finish up. It would not have been a big deal if they would’ve at least it knowledge that I was waiting and say I’ll be with you in a moment. It was almost like they just ignored me while they took care of that customer. I understand that I needed to wait and I wasn’t inpatient by that but I just should’ve at least but it knowledged even with a smile. Once it was my turn to return the product I had a no hassle refund. I did appreciate that. I didn’t do any shopping on this trip. I just didn’t really need anything.

Its a big Penney’s, but its full of the problems that has plagued the chain. While it has a pretty well laid out stock, there are few sales people around and when you do find them they are poorly trained. Took 4 people to conclude today they had no umbrellas in the store. And while the stock is well laid out, its poorly understocked. When asked if they had more bra straps they declared ‘whats out is out’…one box. I’ve tried shopping here 3 times for standard items, and they have failed me 3 times.
