My fiancé and I needed to get my ring sized and we came here in hoping they can get it adjust on the same day. Scott and Cathy were both extremely sweet. Not only they were able to sized my ring on the same day. We ended up purchasing my wedding bands with them.
We are both so pleased with JSR and I would highly recommend others to come here to get their jewelry.

This is the only jewelry store left in Waterloo. This is a small part of the family Reime Jewelry business. They have some nice items in the cases. I got a necklace from her two years ago for Christmas. I have broken the chain on the necklace twice. I told the owner that and she offered to sell me another chain at half price. I told she did not have to do that I am sure that it was my fault the chain broke, she insisted. What great customer service. Small town proud.
