Palmer’s Family Fun

Took my kids to palmers this afternoon. It was pretty busy, busier than I expected but surprisingly not crowded or annoying.
We purchased 4 of the blue ticket packages which gives you 18 holes mini golf, 1 go kart trip and unlimited jumping on the air balloon. They were $ 12 each. But bought separately it would have been $ 6 to $ 7 each.
They have 36 holes of mini golf. 2 different courses. They are pretty basic. Nothing extra ordinary. 18 holes went pretty quickly. But the kids had fun.
The air pillow was pretty cool. My 2 year old had a blast. It could fit several kids and had plenty of room for jumping. It was surrounded by lots of sand on all sides incase you bounced off.
Near the bouncy pillow was a nice shaded seating area with at least 6 picnic tables.
The go cart track hasn’t changed acne I was a kid but it was still fun. They had at least 10 carts for ages 10+ and 3 for ages 7 – 9. I felt that the amount of time they got to circle the track was more than adequate. Probably 10 laps or more.
They also have a driving range, batting cages and archery tag field. They have enough to entertain for an afternoon/​evening for pretty much any age.
The building where to pay for wristbands is small and cramped. Get more than 6 persons or kids buying drinks/​snacks or wristbands and it’s pretty crowded in there. They did have a snow cone machine though for $ 2 small and $ 3 large. Several kids were getting those.
They had a small building with restroom. A men’s and women’s with a toilet and sink in each.
The parking lot was part gravel but mostly grass. So people kind of parked all over and it was confusing.
The golfing was basic and some of the décor had peeling paint and had been there for at least 30 years. Some of the holes has been updated with new items but not many.
For an afternoon of fun I recommend it. But I’ve been to better. My kids had fun and I’m now $ 60 poorer. But all in all it was okay.

Excellent place for a kids bday party. For the second year in a row we hosted my daughters party @ Palmers. Each time the kids refused to leave due to the amount of fun they were having. The jump pillow is #1 with the kids! The go carts, batting cage, & mini golf provide something for everyone.
